The room I booked, a king suite, was subpar. The furniture seemed VERY worn. The nightclub downstairs was bumping too late. It was supposed to shut down at 11:00, but it did not. It MADE it annoying.

The water view from my king room totally blew me away. luna and angel at the front desk were super accommodating, really considered my request! the housekeeping team was always on top of it, ready to help at any time. giovanni, that bartender, seriously knows his stuff. So professional, i tell you!

the tv in the bedroom didn't work, and i didnt bother reporting it. i had no energy to do it after the check in hassle. they should fix that because i was too tired to report the broken tv.
