The location was acceptable.
The room I booked, a king suite, was subpar. The furniture seemed VERY worn. The nightclub downstairs was bumping too late. It was supposed to shut down at 11:00, but it did not. It MADE it annoying.

My room had a well-stocked minibar with various drinks and snacks. The bathroom featured a spacious walk-in shower. I found complimentary toiletries restocked daily.. The bed was comfortable. I appreciated the efficient room service.
The elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours.

amazing water view helpful housekeeping professional bartender
The water view from my king room totally blew me away. luna and angel at the front desk were super accommodating, really considered my request! the housekeeping team was always on top of it, ready to help at any time. giovanni, that bartender, seriously knows his stuff. So professional, i tell you!
the tv in the bedroom didn't work, and i didnt bother reporting it. i had no energy to do it after the check in hassle. they should fix that because i was too tired to report the broken tv.
